1. Return Policy
We accept returns only in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 1-3 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we will not be able to accept returns.

- Your order number
- Photos or a description of the damage/defect
- Your contact information
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase. Since we offer Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued via the same delivery method.
Please allow 1-3 days for your refund to be processed once your return is approved. If the return is not accepted, we will notify you accordingly.
3. Replacement
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to availability. In such cases, we will arrange for the delivery of a new product to you at no additional cost.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective. These include items that have been used or damaged due to improper handling.
5. Shipping Costs
In the case of a return due to a defective or damaged product, we will cover the shipping costs for returning the item and sending a replacement (if applicable). If the return is not due to a defect or damage, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
